Colorado’s Authority in Heated Concrete & Snowmelt Systems
Heated Driveway and Snowmelt Installation Specialist
Serving Colorado Springs, Castle Rock, and
the Greater Denver Metro
Heated Concrete Expertise Built for Colorado Conditions
Colorado’s climate demands more than standard flatwork. Freeze thaw cycles, snow accumulation, elevation, and temperature swings place unique stress on concrete systems. Springs Concrete approaches every project with a performance first mindset, engineering slabs and snowmelt systems that function reliably under real winter conditions.
Our work integrates concrete design, reinforcement strategy, insulation planning, and thermal system coordination to deliver long term results. This approach reduces maintenance, minimizes liability, and protects the structural lifespan of the slab.
More Than Installation — Systems Thinking
Heated concrete is not a surface upgrade. It is an integrated system that must be designed correctly before concrete is placed. Mistakes made during planning cannot be corrected later.
Springs Concrete operates at the system level. We account for slab depth, joint layout, reinforcement, insulation placement, heat distribution, and control logic as part of a single coordinated build. This discipline separates long lasting snowmelt systems from underperforming installations.
Heated Concrete System Consulting — Nationwide
In addition to installation, Springs Concrete provides heated concrete system consulting for contractors, developers, architects, engineers, and property owners across the United States.
Consulting services focus on system design review, feasibility analysis, layout strategy, slab coordination, insulation detailing, and performance risk mitigation. These engagements are advisory in nature and independent of local installation services.
Our consulting work exists to prevent costly failures before concrete is placed, where errors are permanent and expensive.
Residential, Commercial, and Municipal Applications
Springs Concrete supports a wide range of project types, from private residential properties to large scale commercial and municipal environments.
Heated concrete systems are commonly used where safety, access, and uptime matter most. Conventional concrete services support long term structural performance for driveways, walkways, and outdoor spaces throughout Colorado.
Each project is evaluated individually to determine the appropriate design approach based on use, exposure, and long term expectations.

We didn’t overdo the coverage — just the right areas.Posted onPaula FrechetteTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was referred by a neighbor. We did a full replacement and added electric heat. It’s held up well and the work was very clean.Posted onLois RussellTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The team helped us prioritize key areas instead of heating everything. We kept the budget tight and still got what we needed. Smart planning.Posted onJennie ReisTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The slope in front of our house was a problem every winter. Springs Concrete rebuilt the driveway and installed hydronic heat. It's worked perfectly all winter.Posted onMark BlevinsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Welp. Here is a follow up less than two years later (November 2024). I started getting delamination and contacted daniel about it. He told me to contact him in the spring and he would take care of it at no cost to me because "that shouldnt be happening after less than 2 years." Fast forward to a few weeks ago. Re-established contact, and was again told by daniel there would be no cost. He coordinated a company to come look and get an estimate. I was told by said company that coatings shouldn't be applied sooner than 30 days after the project so the concrete can fully cure. daniel's team applied the coating the same week the patio was poured. Today, i receive an email from daniel stating that he will not pay in full for the repair, citing they are not responsible for delamination, peeling, bubbles, etc after final walkthrough. I tried calling him, and he sent my calls to voice mail...wouldnt even accept my calls. DO NOT....ABSOLUTELY DO NOT use this company. Needed a 20x16 patio poured to replace my deck. Daniel had the estimate to me with just a couple days. He and his team were able to start within just a few days of agreeing to move forward. His team was prompt and courteous. Everything went great...even when weather threw a curveball. They knew exactly what needed to be done and got it taken care of as quickly as possible. Kudos to Daniel, Gilbert and the rest of the fellas for my awesome new patio. Very happy with the final result. New photo added. 23 months old and the "you'll be good for 8-10 years" coating has peeled off about half the patio.Posted onMary RobinsonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Steep incline in Parker, and I’ve got a medical issue that makes shoveling risky. New driveway with heat from Springs Concrete changed everything.Posted onKevin ReplingerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our project was completed in the spring of 2022. I was never fully satisfied with the work, but three year later and the paint on top of the concrete is already chipping in multiple places. But most frustratingly of all: the slab was not leveled well so the water pools everywhere, which makes it nearly impossible to clean.Posted onSonia DuffTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. North side of the property never got any sun. The new heated driveway clears itself. I just open the garage and leave. I’ve shared their info with coworkers already.Posted onSamuel VegaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I highly recommend Springs Concrete for heated driveway installations. My Colorado Springs home now has a fantastic asphalt heated driveway, thanks to Daniel and his team.
